If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee may be applied (Contact me and I'll make a shipping label)
Items must not be sanded, drilled, stained, finished or otherwise altered in any way to qualify for a refund.
Once the item has been returned, I will inspect it and promptly issue a refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged in transit or defective. If something was routed incorrectly, I'll cover the return cost, however my routes are proven out before production and I do my best to inspect each item during and after the manufacturing process.
If an item is damaged by UPS, they have a system of sending a driver out to inspect the box and recover it. I'll deal with a damage claim and issue a refund once its returned.
