If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. (contact me for a UPS Return Label) I need to be the one who make the labels for claims purposes.
- Items must not be sanded, drilled, stained, finished or otherwise altered in any way to qualify for a refund.
- Once the item has been returned, I will inspect it and promptly issue a refund.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged in transit.
- If an item is damaged by UPS, they have a system of sending a driver out to inspect the box and recover it. I'll deal with a damage claim and issue a refund once its returned.
